Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving fertilizer sales, generating revenue, and expanding Passron’s domestic market presence. The role requires a commercially minded professional with strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Drive sales of fertilizer products and consistently achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across key agricultural markets.
• Expand Passron’s customer base while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close profitable deals.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities within the fertilizer sector.
• Conduct price comparisons and demand analysis to support competitive and profitable
pricing decisions.
• Provide market insights and sales feedback to management to support business planning.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-dealers, distributors, cooperatives, and institutional buyers.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and management to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Participate in sales strategy meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, preferably within fertilizer, agro-inputs, FMCG, or commodity trading.
• Strong understanding of fertilizer products, distribution channels, and pricing dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, meet targets, and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
